1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of The Luxury Little Play Company Play Café. By attending our sessions, you agree to abide by the rules and responsibilities outlined below.

2. Supervision and Responsibility

Our Stay and Play sessions are intended for children aged 0–5 years old, although older siblings are welcome to attend. This is not a supervised childcare facility. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or carer at all times. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the child’s safety and well-being throughout the session. Staff are present to facilitate play and maintain a safe environment, but they are not responsible for supervising children.

3. Use of Play Equipment
All play equipment must be used appropriately and in accordance with any displayed rules. Age and height restrictions must be followed. Unsafe behaviour is not permitted. We reserve the right to stop play or ask visitors to leave if behaviour poses a risk to others

4. Assumption of Risk
Play involves a degree of physical activity and inherent risk. By attending, you acknowledge that children participate in play activities at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

5. Accidents & Injuries
Any accidents must be reported to a member of staff immediately. First aid will be provided where appropriate. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow rules or from lack of parental supervision.

6. Health and Safety
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or have experienced symptoms of illness (e.g. fever, vomiting, diarrhoea) in the past 48 hours. Report any hazards or accidents to a member of staff immediately. Adults are responsible for ensuring that children play in a safe and respectful manner. No food or drink is permitted in the play areas, except in designated snack zones (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse entry in the interest of health and safety.

7. Venue Use

Sessions take place in a hired venue; please respect the space and all property within it. Any damage caused by misuse or neglect may be chargeable to the responsible adult.

8. Booking and Cancellations

Spaces must be pre-booked where applicable. We cannot guarantee drop-in availability. Refunds or transfers are not available for non-attendance unless due to exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

9. Food & Allergies
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents and carers are responsible for checking ingredient information and supervising children while eating.

10. Personal Belongings
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

11. Photography & CCTV
CCTV may be in operation for safety and security purposes. Photography is permitted for personal use only. Please be respectful of other children and families


We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Consent will be requested before taking or using images of children. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us upon arrival.

12. Right to Refuse Entry
